How do I change my payout details or payment method?

Login to your account and click the Edit Account link which is located at the bottom (footer) of the page. This will bring you to the Account Details page where you can then proceed to change your address information and/or payment method. Please see the below solutions for different payment change scenarios. 

- I am being paid by check and I want to change the name that the check is issued to

On the account details page above your details there is a link that says "To modify your payment information for your current payment type, click here." Click that link and fill out your new info at the payable to filed and press the Save Data button. We will then email you a verification link. You need to click this link in order to approve the change. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you receive multiple emails, make sure to click the verification link in all emails. You much be logged into your account for the confirmation link to work.

- I am being paid by check and I want to change my address

Fill out your new address on the account details page and press the Save Settings button. We will then email you a verification link. You need to click this link in order to approve the change. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you receive multiple emails, make sure to click the verification link in all emails. You much be logged into your account for the confirmation link to work. If you also need to change your payable to information, please follow the steps above.

- I am being paid by wire and want to change my wire/bank information

On the account details page above your details there is a link that says "To modify your payment information for your current payment type, click here." Click that link and fill out your new wire info and press the Save Data button. We will then email you a verification link. You need to click this link in order to approve the change. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you receive multiple emails, make sure to click the verification link in all emails. You much be logged into your account for the confirmation link to work.

- I am being paid by check and want to change to wire transfer

On the account details page scroll down to where it says Pick Payment Type and select Wires and press the Save Settings page. On the next page you might still see that you are paid by check. This is because you first need to click the confirmation link in the email we send you to confirm that you want to change your payment method. After you have clicked the verification link, you can fill out your wire details by clicking the "To modify your payment information for your current payment type, click here." link at the account details page. After filling out your wire details just press the Save Data button. You will then receive an other email to confirm the wire details. You also need to click this link before the changes to become active.

- I am being paid by wire transfer and want to change to check

On the account details please make sure your address information is correct (this is where we will send the check). Then scroll down to where it says Pick Payment Type and select Checks and press the Save Settings page. On the next page you might still see that you are paid by wire. This is because you first need to click the confirmation link in the email we send you to confirm that you want to change your payment method. After you have clicked the verification link, you can fill out your Payable To info by clicking the "To modify your payment information for your current payment type, click here." link at the account details page. After filling your Payable To name just press the Save Data button. You will then receive an other email to confirm the details. You also need to click this link before the changes to become active.
